The Rhythm of Business has been writing about the transformation of organizations into collaborative networks for nearly a decade. Our first book together, Collaborative Communities: Partnering for Profit in the Networked Economy presented a way of thinking about organizations that is still in the process of coming into mainstream acceptance. Since that time, we’ve continued to document our learning about collaboration, collaborative networks, and the management of collaboration.
