Our research projects answer specific questions for clients within the context of their organizations, drawing upon our knowledge, expertise, and perspective. Our understanding of collaboration as a strategic behavior, including the organization design and management system that guides it, is informed by more than 8,000 individual surveys and innumerable interviews on various aspects of collaboration.
